Martin is a uniquely qualified project professional, strategist, champion and coach. He possesses exemplary management, problem solving, planning, leadership and supervision skills.
Martin has extensive experience as a designer and project manager, in both the private and public sector, over a period in excess of 30 years. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. Furthermore he is a Member of the Association for Project Management, being both a past Chairman of the South East Branch and a former Council and Executive Board Member. He is an occasional lecturer at universities and management training centres, covering a variety of topics including project management tools, techniques, success criteria and creative thinking.
Martin’s role is to develop the business and staff and to champion best practice within MSPSL and the projects we manage. He leads both built environment and business change assignments.
